Passengers from 2-12 years of ages are listed under Child category and charged 75-50% of applicable normal fare or special adult fare, unless otherwise specified in the respective airlines’ rules. Child is entitled to an individual seat.

Infants under 2 years of age pay 10% of the applicable normal fare or discounted fare (some airlines), and such infants do not occupy seats and accompanied by a passenger 12 years or older. Passenger need to present travel agency copy of Birth Certificate of his/her baby.

Expectant mother can normally travel by air without risk to health as long as birth is not expected for an at least some weeks (please ask carrier for exact number of weeks of pregnancy) and on condition that there are no indications of premature birth and other health issues associated with pregnancy. If passenger due days are near than in most cases doctor’s certificate is needed.
Airlines rules are different therefore, please ask our employee for more details.

An electronic ticket, shortened as e-ticket, is an electronic record of the traditional paper ticket which is now offered by most of the major airlines. Or rather, an e-ticket memorizes the information of both flights and passengers from the internet and stores it in the ticket-reservation system. They allow you to travel without a paper ticket, eliminating the worry of leaving behind your tickets. An e-ticket proves your airline ticket purchases instead of a paper record; the only record of a ticket sale is in the electronic record in the airline's computer system. For passengers, e-tickets are used in the same way as paper tickets.

Passengers holding e-ticket receipts can check in the same way as passengers holding paper tickets. The passengers only need to show their passports to check in at the Business Service Counter at the airport. After the passenger is identified by the airline, the staff will print out the boarding pass and baggage tags. Kind suggestion: Please inform the staff at the business service counter with your Passenger Name Record shown on the E-tickets, so they can find your records in the airline’s computer system quickly.

An e-ticket receipt functions as a voucher for e-ticket payment and reimbursement of China domestic air passengers; it is not a voucher for boarding the plane;
The receipt is permitted to be printed once, one piece for each passenger (If lost, it cannot be reprinted.);
The receipt cannot be arbitrarily altered; passengers should check the items listed on the receipt, such as names and certificate numbers.
E-ticket receipts are needed when passengers want to reroute or refund their e-tickets; passengers should send their application to the ticket agency with the original receipt.

First of all, please check your name and surname, and then your point of destination, arrival and departure dates, airline you are flying with, validity, whether this ticket is refundable redoubtable and day change is allowed. The ticket will not be honored and will lose its validity if all coupons are not used in the sequence provided in the ticket. Passengers having reserved their seats on connecting or return flights should reconfirm their reservations not later than 72 hours before connecting or return flights, if they stay at the connecting or return points for more than 72 hours. Failure to make such reconfirmation will or may result in the cancellation of the seats reserved.

Passenger taking flights must arrive at the designated airport as early as possible, so as to have sufficient time to produce their tickets, valid passports and visas as well as other travel documents for check-in and exit procedures. Economy class: 2pieces, for which the sum of the 3 dimensions must not exceed 62 inches (158cm) for each piece. The overall dimensions of the 2 pieces measured together must not exceed 107 inches (273cm). The weight of each bag must not exceed 70lbs. (32kgs.)
Airlines have their exceptions on baggage weight and size by journey.

Baggage that exceeds free baggage allowances irrespective of the class paid for will be charged. Exception: To/From USA/US territories, however applicable between Japan and USA/US territories. Baggage in excess of the checked baggage allowance shall be charged for per piece.

You can contact our office or airline itself for this matter. Please, notify our employee about your changes as soon as possible, otherwise your ongoing flights could be cancelled.

Unused tickets and partly used tickets should be returned to original place of issuance and it’s subject to special conditions. The unused and partly used tickets must be returned as early as possible, especially if it’s discounted tickets. Time for refunding depends on airlines’ regulations. Refund will be given to the holder of the ticket or to person designated.

Flight can be cancelled or delayed due to technical reasons and other unpredictable matters, which depends solely on airline itself. In this case, airline takes responsibility of rearranging passenger’s tickets.

Sufficient information (your ticket number, flight itinerary, place of issuance, airline) and satisfactory proof are needed in order to claim for lost ticket. Please, make copy of your ticket always and carry it away from your ticket.
If time does not permit the necessary investigations, passengers in order to continue their journey shall be asked for new transportation documents.
Some airlines block the ticket information, so no one else can use it and reissues new ticket. Some airlines reimburses money back only after the ticket expiration.
